How to Cancel Exam and Request Refund

To cancel and request a refund please follow the below instructions;

Log into MongoDB University --> My Courses --> Certification --> Click Edit Registration --> Click Cancel/ Request Refund.

While we issue and send your refund immediately, it generally takes about 3-4 business days to process. Occasionally it can take longer, as it depends on your financial institution's turnaround time. If you do not see the refund on your statement within 4 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider to find out why the funds have been delayed.
