Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your exam appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled test time. 

If you reschedule your exam appointment within 24 hours of a scheduled test time, you will pay a $10 USD rescheduling fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel your exam two or more business days before the scheduled test time, you will receive a 100% refund. 

If you do not schedule your exam, and request a refund within your exam period, you will receive a 100% refund. 

If you do not request a refund within your exam date range, you will forfeit your exam fees.

If you cancel your exam within two business days before the scheduled test time, you will receive a refund minus a $50 USD cancellation fee.

No refund will be issued if you schedule an exam time slot with our proctoring partner and fail to take it when scheduled.

To request a refund, visit your MongoDB University dashboard and click the Unregister and Request Refund link under the exam name.

Note: Cancelling your exam on Examity does not entitle you to a refund. To request a refund you must follow the above instructions.
